Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information xFrozen Studios collects when you use our websites, how we use it, and the choices you have. Plain English, no surprises.

1. Who we are

xFrozen Studios is a small independent team that develops Roblox games and the companion websites that support them (wikis, trade hubs, calculators, voting). For the purposes of this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to xFrozen Studios.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

• Discord account info — when you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, global display name, avatar, server membership, and assigned roles. We do not see your email, password, or your messages outside our trade chats.
• Roblox account link — when you link your Roblox account, we store your Roblox user ID, display name, username, and avatar URL. We do not have access to your Roblox password or in-game inventory.
• Trade activity — items you list, offers you send, trade chat messages, ratings/reputation you cast, reports you file.
• Settings & preferences — sound mute, menu mode, draft trades, favorites, alerts, custom badge styles.
• Community votes — values you submit on the WFL/voting page (linked to your Discord ID).

Information collected automatically

• Connection metadata — IP address, user agent, and timestamps. Used for rate-limiting, abuse prevention, and routing.
• Page analytics — Google Analytics on some game sites (anonymous page views, device type, country).
• Local storage / cookies — see Cookies & local storage below.

3. How we use it

• Sign you in and keep you signed in across sessions.
• Run the trade hub: match offers, route messages, assign middlemen, fire notifications.
• Show your Discord display name + Roblox identity to other users when you participate publicly (offers, votes, reputation).
• Compute reputation, badges, leaderboards, and community price suggestions.
• Detect and prevent abuse (spam, scams, multi-account voting, harassment).
• Send notifications inside the site, and — only if you opt in — Discord DMs from our bot for trade events.
• Improve the sites by looking at aggregate analytics.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only in these specific cases:

• Publicly inside the product — your Discord display name, Roblox identity, level, reputation, trade history, votes, and ratings are visible to other users. That's how the community works.
• Service providers — Cloudflare (CDN/DDoS), Hetzner (hosting), Discord (OAuth + bot), Roblox (OAuth + public profile lookup), GitHub (static asset hosting), Google (Analytics on some sites).
• Legal requirements — if compelled by law, we may share information to comply with a valid legal process.
• Safety — to investigate fraud, abuse, or threats to users.

5. Cookies & local storage

We use localStorage (and a few cookies) for things the site can't function without:

• tradeToken / voteToken — your signed-in session.
• tradeUser / voteUser — your cached profile so the page renders fast.
• UI preferences — theme mode, mute setting, sidebar state, draft trades.
• Cache version flags so we can ship updates without leaving you on a stale build.

You can clear all of this any time from your browser's site-data settings — you'll just need to sign in again.

6. Third-party services

The companion sites depend on a few third parties. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Discord — OAuth login, server membership lookup, bot DMs (opt-in only). Discord privacy policy

• Google Analytics — used on some game sites (e.g. Brainrot Evolution Wiki) for anonymous traffic stats. Google privacy policy

7. Data retention

• Active trades / offers — kept while the trade is live. Cancelled or completed trades are kept for trade-history and dispute resolution.
• Chat messages — kept for 7 days after a trade closes (14 days if a participant explicitly extended retention).
• Notifications — auto-purged after 4 hours of expiry.
• Reputation & votes — retained as long as you have an account. Reputation scores decay over time per the system rules.
• Account — kept while you use the site. If you ask us to delete it (see below), we remove your profile data; certain anonymized records (vote totals, completed-trade counts) may remain so they don't break others' history.

8. Your rights

You can:

• Stop using the site at any time — no data is collected when you're signed out and not browsing.
• Sign out to invalidate your session token immediately.
• Unlink your Roblox account from your settings.
• Disable optional Discord DMs from your trade settings.
• Request data deletion — message us via the Discord support links inside the game sites. We will delete your profile, settings, and personally-identifying records within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Children's privacy

Our games run on Roblox, which has its own age policies and parental controls. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when we add features, change vendors, or the law requires it. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced inside the affected game site.
